WK Fitness & Wellness Centers will host a fitness fair on Saturday, July 31, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the auditorium at WK Pierremont Health Center, 8001 Youree Drive in Shreveport. This free event will show how exercise is great medicine for the prevention and treatment of many health issues. Attendees can receive a free mini-fitness assessment from exercise physiologists as well as a savings coupon to use when joining WK Fitness & Wellness Centers.
