Insurance Information

Insurance plans vary widely. One insurer may offer many different plans of coverage; thus, insurance may or may not cover the cost of this treatment.

• The average cost per treatment is $9,500.
• Insurance coverage is determined by the insurer, not by the Addiction Recovery Center (ARC). 
• ARC intensive outpatient treatment is not covered by Tricare, Medicaid or Medicare. 
• Patients who do not have insurance, or whose insurance does not cover Intensive Outpatient Treatment, should be prepared to make a down payment of 50% of estimated cost of the program, payable to the Business Office, prior to their admit to the program.
