Registry for Managing Patients with Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia (CML) in Chronic Phase

Purpose

To assess treatment characteristics in first-line chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) as well as obtain a better understanding of overall treatment strategies, patient benefits of treatment, and the use of health care resources for management of CML in a real-world setting.

Criteria 

  • At least 18 years or older at time of diagnosis
  • Receiving treatment for CML at a medical practice (e.g. community-based, office-based, hospital-based, academic setting, oncology center) 
  • Are not participating in a clinical trial for CML treatment

Details

  • Investigates clinical practice patterns associated with diagnosis, treatment, patient benefit, healthcare resources, and monitoring of patients with newly-diagnosed CML 
  • Semi-Annual evaluations required for approx. 5 years
