Cost of Cardiac Rehabilitation

Phase 1 & 2

Most charges for inpatient and telemetry-monitored sessions are covered by insurance. The Cardiac Rehab intake coordinator will assist by evaluating coverage and out-of-pocket costs (if any) prior to starting.

Phase 3 (Maintenance)

• Generally not covered by insurance.
• Completion of this phase provides waiver of enrollment fee at wellness center for continued wellness program
