Our Services

The eyes have it all at Willis-Knighton. Whether you need LASIK vision correction (refractive surgery) or blade-free cataract surgery, you can trust that surgeons at Willis-Knighton have access to the outstanding technology that is characteristic of Willis-Knighton.

Check out the technology and then use Find a Doctor to locate an eye surgeon who can care for you.

Keep in mind that not all services are available at all locations. Your surgeon can advise you as to whether your procedure should be performed in an outpatient location or in the hospital. Many services shown here are available as outpatient procedures in the outpatient locations at WK Eye Institute on Greenwood Road, WK Bossier Medical Pavilion on the campus of WK Bossier Health Center or WK Portico Ambulatory Surgery Center on the WK Pierremont Health Center campus. However, some services are restricted to the surgical suite within the hospital. In addition, some procedures, like corneal transplant, are only available at one Willis-Knighton location.

Cataract Surgery

We have a long history of helping restoring youthful vision to aging eyes. Willis-Knighton was the first to offer an outpatient eye surgery center in the 1970s, becoming the busiest eye surgery center in the region. We’ve built on this impressive history of successful cataract surgery so that we can continue this legacy of quality eye surgery.

Three Locations

Traditional cataract surgery is available at three locations:

  •  WK Eye Institute Eye Surgery Center at Willis-Knighton Medical Center
  • WK Bossier Medical Pavilion
  • WK Portico Ambulatory Surgery Center
