Patient / Family Education
Willis-Knighton Community Reference Lab strives to support patient and family education, therefore the laboratory staff will assist the patient, family and other caregivers with educational assistance and information regarding laboratory services and procedures. Our goal is to educate the patient, family or other caregivers, in a format which meets the language, communication, and educational level needs of the patient.
