Willis-Knighton Health System has entered into a new management agreement with DeSoto Regional Health System in Mansfield where the board has selected Todd Eppler as administrator and chief executive officer. Eppler served in the same capacity at Springhill Medical Center for the past five years. He retired from the U.S. Air Force in 2006 following 21 years of service.
DeSoto Regional Health System serves all of DeSoto Parish with rural clinics in Mansfield, Logansport and Zwolle and a 38-bed hospital in Mansfield.
Replacing Eppler as administrator and chief executive officer at Springhill Medical Center will be Vince Sedminik. Sedminik has been group practice manager at the Springhill hospital since 2012. A 28-year veteran of the Air Force, he retired as chief master sergeant prior to joining the Springhill hospital.
