You will begin with a initial fitness to judge your level and help develop goals. A nutrition assessment by a registered dietitian will guide you toward healthy nutrition choices. A blood chemistry is also included. Your assessment will conclude with an exercise prescription and nutritional program and one-on-one counseling.
