General/Acute Care in Four Corners of the Community
North: Willis Knighton North. This flagship location is home to tertiary services such as the Willis Knighton Cancer Center and Willis Knighton Heart & Vascular Institute. It is also home to WK’s corporate offices.
South: Willis Knighton South. This was Louisiana’s first satellite hospital and today focuses on adult and pediatric care, with an emphasis on women’s health, including birthing services, and pediatric subspecialties.
Bossier: Willis Knighton Bossier. This is the only full-service hospital in one of Louisiana’s fastest-growing parishes. It provides a variety of general health services and focuses on emergency care, orthopedic care, cardiovascular care and birthing services.
Pierremont: Willis Knighton Pierremont. This towering hospital serves the fast-growing area of southeast Shreveport with a range of adult care with specialized expertise in its inpatient stroke unit, geriatric care and birthing services.
Rehabilitation Services
The Willis Knighton Rehabilitation Institute offers inpatient care for both physical and behavioral rehabilitation. It is also home to the health system’s outpatient dialysis service.
Suburban Centers
In 2021 Willis Knighton introduced a new healthcare delivery model combining Willis Knighton Physician Network Clinics with Willis Knighton Quick Care and a shared Diagnostic Center in a single building.
Palmetto – Willis Knighton Palmetto in Benton is the site of the first shared building model designed to make healthcare services more convenient to suburban neighborhoods.
Stockwell – Located on Shed Road, this clinic extends primary care to the eastern part of Bossier City.
Swan Lake – Located at the intersection of Swan Lake Road and Airline drive, midway between Willis Knighton Bossier and Willis Knigton Palmetto, offers primary care and endocrinology as well as lab services.
Northwood – Easily accessed off I-49, this location, which is under construction, is in Blanchard and convenient to many residents in the northern Caddo Parish.
Specialty Centers
Willis Knighton is home to a number of specialty centers, focusing on advanced healthcare services. Among these are our Cancer Center, Proton Therapy Center, Heart & Vascular Institute, Transplant Center, Hyperbaric & Wound Care Center and Eye Institute.
