It is unnecessary for any user to submit any personal information to view the Site.
Like most Web sites, the Site utilizes "cookies" to help determine the browser that is used to access the Site as well as which portions of the Site you visit. The site logs IP addresses for assistance in identifying user’s service providers. This allows Willis-Knighton to improve the services we provide. Cookies and IP addresses are not used to identify individuals.

In some instances, Willis-Knighton offers users online registration for certain programs, events, and classes that may request personal information from you including your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.

Willis-Knighton does not retain any credit card numbers when a patient utilizes Willis-Knighton’s online bill payment feature.
We may use your information to send you a confirmation of your registration with our site, to respond to questions from you, or to notify you if there is a problem with any registrations placed. We do not share this information with any other entity. In some instances a user may register for a class that requires a registration fee and opt to pay the charges online through the use of the PayPal, Inc.® The financial information that is transmitted for the payment goes directly to PayPal, Inc.® and is not viewed, archived or used by Willis-Knighton.
Individuals who utilize Willis-Knighton’s online application process must create a user account prior to applying for any position. The registration process will require the applicant’s e-mail address for verification but will not request the individual’s Social Security Number. Once the account is created individuals can continue to access the account as long as it is active. Accounts will be deleted after 365 days at which time a new account must be created following the same procedures.
Willis-Knighton does not intentionally share information with any unaffiliated third parties without the user’s consent. However, since information in electronic communications can sometimes be intercepted by a third party, Willis-Knighton cannot provide any assurance that the contents of your e-mail will not become known or accessible to third parties. Therefore, do not relay any confidential information through electronic mail.
