To test the feasibility and effectiveness of a model program combining medical supervision by primary care physicians and web based lifestyle change groups delivered by Pennington Biomedical Interventionist.

Patients will be referred from Pennington Biomedical. Patients must qualify for state insurance benefits and maintain the coverage during participation. A current BMI > 33 and < 60. Must have access to the internet.
