Study Title

Chart Review of Patients Treated with Radiation Therapy (Proton, Photon, Electron, Brachytherapy, or Radioisotope)

Purpose

To collect & analyze patient information to evaluate the disease process & treatment related outcomes, thus defining strengths & weaknesses to ultimately lead to better patient care. To define outcomes for patients treated To determine strategies necessary to improve patients outcomes & decrease toxicities related to treatments & procedures To improve patient care by an adequate understanding of the results & patient populations

Eligibility

Patients who will be treated with radiation therapy

Willing & able to complete patient assessment questionnaires

Study Process

Data will be collected at Enrollment & at usual care visits

Quality of life questionnaires will be completed at Enrollment & at usual care visits
