Study Title
Evaluation Tracking Project: A Prospective Chart Review of Patients Treated with Radiation Therapy
Purpose
To collect & analyze information on people with similar cancer diagnosis. The effectiveness of procedures & treatments, the usefulness of various tests, and the incidence of short or long-term side effects will be evaluated. The ultimate goal is to improve effectiveness of treatments & procedures & limit side effects & late complications for patients.
Eligibility
Patients who will be treated with radiation therapy.
Study Process
Only information that is usually collected during routine care & treatment will be collected & used. Patients will continue to be followed for as long as they are under the care of the study doctor.
