The Healthy Lifestyles program, is a six-month continual diet, exercise and behavior modification program with education materials.

This program offers a fun and effective approach to weight loss, focusing on creating a healthier lifestyle and maintaining a healthy weight for life. Anyone can reap health benefits of positive lifestyle changes if they improve their diet and nutrition, achieve and maintain an appropriate weight and incorporate physical activity into their lives.

This Healthy Lifestyles program will offer:

  • Measurement of Resting Metabolic Rate to determine each individuals resting caloric energy needs to develop an individualized weight loss plan
  • Exercise consultation with development of exercise plan designed to meet individual interest and needs with full access to the fitness center
  • Weekly group classes with dietitians and behavior counselors – printed education materials and workbooks will be included
