Purpose

Chronic Low Back Pain

Evaluate the Boston Scientific Precision SPECTRA SCS Systems with High-Rate Spinal Cord Stimulation to treat subjects who have chronic low back pain with or without leg pain.

Eligibility

Subjects who have chronic low back pain, with or without equal or lesser leg pain.

Study Process

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the Boston Scientific Precision SPECTRA SCS Systems with High-Rate Spinal Cord Stimulation (Precision SCS Systems with HR) to treat subjects who have chronic low back pain with or without leg pain. The Precision SCS Systems with HR will be evaluated based on how well it treats low back pain with or without leg pain and whether or not there are any side effects. Patients age 22+ who meet criteria will be enrolled into the study. Following the initial screening period patients eligible to continue will undergo SCS Trial then, if determined successful, Permanent Implant. Patients will follow up for assessments and complete questionnaires to determine safety and efficacy.
