I started working for Willis-Knighton as a night shift nurse in June 2000. I decided to join the Flex pool team in 2008. I was reluctant at first but instantly realized it was the right decision for me and my family. I truly enjoy the varying challenges of working different areas in nursing. It transformed me from a staff floor nurse to one that is highly diverse and ready to handle or tackle any challenge that is thrown at me. I also have the opportunity to learn from other professional nurses from the varying department and have made some great friends along the way. Lastly, by making my own schedule, I'm able to be with my family and friends during the special moments or occasions.
