Mediterranean Metabolic Course

This class is two sessions and provides the way to a Mediterranean lifestyle with tips, techniques, nutrition information and recipes that can guide you to your personal health goals.

The Refresh course is a support group style class is for participants who completed both sessions of the Mediterranean course. If you would like to learn more, have questions, or are just looking to share experiences, we would love to see you. We will discuss different topics and share more recipes. Get help with your challenges and share your accomplishments. We get better together!
