Corydalis is an herb that is native to China. It has been used to ease pain in the body. Corydalis can be taken as a pill, powder, or extract. It can also be made into a tea.

2 to 10 grams once daily

Safety Notes

It may be safe for most people to take corydalis. Not enough studies have been done to say whether it is safe to take for a long period or by those who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
