Insurance plans vary widely. One insurer may offer many different plans of coverage; thus, insurance may or may not cover the cost of this treatment.
- Insurance coverage is determined by the insurer, not by the Addiction Recovery Center (ARC).
- ARC intensive outpatient treatment is not covered by Tricare, Medicaid or Medicare.
