Hany M. Dabbous, MD, has joined Willis Knighton John C. McDonald Transplant Center, part of the Willis Knighton Physician Network. He cares for patients with liver diseases before and after transplantation. He specializes in treating hepatitis B and C, autoimmune hepatitis, fatty liver disease and other metabolic and alcoholic liver diseases.

A native of Egypt, Dr. Dabbous attended Ain Shams University in Cairo, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery and a master’s degree in tropical medicine and liver diseases. He completed a fellowship in transplant hepatology in 2008 at LSU Health Science Center in Shreveport and Willis Knighton Health before earning a doctorate in tropical medicine, gastroenterology and liver disease at Ain Shams University in 2009.
