WK Wonder Kids - Manage your child’s obesity with a comprehensive approach from our experienced multidisciplinary team. Every new patient visit has three separate clinical evaluations:
- Pediatrician
- Mental health professional
- Registered dietician
After the first appointment, the care team works together to create a personalized action plan to address your child’s medical, psychological and nutritional needs. At follow-up visits, we’ll monitor, measure and adjust your child’s plan as necessary.
To qualify for the Wonder Kids program, children and adolescents between ages two to 18 must have a Body Mass Index greater than or equal to the 95th percentile of CDC sex-specific growth charts.
New patients must have a referral from their primary care physician. All insurance policies are accepted.
