This feature is only available to current patients of Willis Knighton Health or one of our clinics that has gone live on the new medical records system.

To get started, visit patients.wkhs.com and click “Create Account.” Enter the following information. IT MUST MATCH EXACTLY what is in your medical record (all fields):

  • Last name
  • First name
  • Date of birth
  • Last four (4) digits of Social Security number
  • Email address on file with Willis Knighton Health

Once you enter the required information, an email will be sent with a link to finish setting up your account.

FAQ

What if my information in your system is wrong?
This does happen on occasion. For example, email addresses are entered incorrectly on accident, etc.  Please call our Health Information Management (HIM) department or your provider’s clinic and ask them to verify your information.

What if I no longer have access to the email address on file?
Please call our Health Information Management department or your provider’s clinic and ask them to update your information.

How do I set up a proxy account for my children?
Your children can be added to your existing Patient account. If your child(ren) is/are 12 years or older, please contact Health Information Management to complete a proxy form and deliver to the clinic or hospital where your children are seen. WKH staff will then add the children to your existing portal account, or create a new account if you do not have one. Proxy access for minors is limited to parents and legal guardians.

What if I do not receive the email?
Please check your spam/junkmail folder first.  If you do not find it, please contact us.
